Dr. Lissa Hirsch is a dedicated and compassionate gynecologist in New York City. She earned her medical degree from the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. She completed both her internship and residency at New York University, Bellevue Medical Center.

Dr. Hirsch opened her private practice in New York City along with supervising resident physicians at Bellevue Clinic. She is currently affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY. Dr. Hirsch is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is an active member of the Bellevue Ob-Gyn Society, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the North American Menopause Society. She has also worked as an expert medical consultant for a medical liability insurance company as part of a multihospital quality assurance initiative.

Dr. Hirsch has been recognized as a leading physician each year since 1998 in the Castle Connolly Guide "Best Doctors in the New York Metro Area" and was listed for two consecutive years in New York Magazine's "Leading Physicians of New York". Additionally, she was awarded the title of leading physician of the world, by the International Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
